The Need:

Our client’s market entry plan into Nigeria was to commence operations with a small number of capable business development officers focusing on the beverage and detergent industries.

To fulfil its long-term ambition of becoming the leading enzymes and biopharmaceutical ingredients provider for the beverage and detergent industries in Nigeria, it was important to engage capable talent while carefully observing all local labour and statutory regulations.
